1) confirmation of order, payment is required within 48hours for all non-meetup transactions. If you are not able to make payment within 48hours, please indicate your reasons and state when you will be able to make payment in your reply. Non-paying orders will be void after 48hours otherwise.
2) Currently, We only accept PayPal payment.Please note that we will send out/ deliver your item(s) after we received your payment. You may keep the receipt from PayPal payment as we may need to see your receipt as proof of payment should there be multiple orders on the same item(s). ** see what is PayPal and how to use it.
3) To keep our business with all customers and expect our customers repeat their order, we try to give complete information in our product list including price, shipping cost and product descriptions.
Shipping :
1) GLOMAccessories will use USPS service or DHL for all standard shipping. It usually take 6-14 days.
2) It is extra shipping cost if customer need the item earlier, Item will arrive around 3-5 days.
3) Please pay attention to your country custom services. All the out of US (United States) buyer must responsible for their own custom fee.
Non-Refund and Non-Exchange Policy:
We checked our items before sending them out, measurements are provided for your convenience and reference, hence we do not believe in refund and exchange for hygiene purposes. To be fair, we make sure that the pictures taken of our merchandise are as clear as possible. All damage and used of the preloved items will be highlighted. We persevere to maintain the highest integrity, honesty in our business.
